There is an unwritten rule among vampires: never drink the blood of a child.
Children are the future for all vampires. They grow and reproduce, ensuring the vampires' continued food supply.
Dementia is a rebel vampire who refuses to conform to the "rules" of her brothers and sisters; she is obsessed with the blood of the innocent.
Her vampire brethren are growing tired of her games. She is given a warning, but it may be too late for that. Will Dementia be persuaded to give up her favorite sustenance, or will extreme measures have to be taken against her?

This is a truly magnificent novel written wonderfully by a brilliant author out of a five I give [Dead Seed] a five. This is one of those books that keep you up 'til the wee hours of the night anticipating what might happen next. Buying this book is some you will never regret.

[Dead Seed] is one of the best books I've ever read. Reyanna does a tremendous job of telling Aralyn's story in such a compelling manner, you just can't put it down! There are characters you love, some you hate, and some you'll be annoyed with. [Dead Seed] is a must read!

[Dead Seed] , for me, was a roller coaster of emotions. There were times you felt so high you could reach out your hand and grab the stars, then suddenly, without warning there would be a jolt and you'd be plummeting down at speeds so fast you didn't know how you got to the bottom when you ended up there. [Dead Seed] was an emotional journey. Not just for the main character, but for the readers. You found yourself in Aralyns place, crying when she cried, angry when she was angry, disgusted, scared. You could almost put yourself in her place. It brought out human emotion, and really expressed it. [Dead Seed], for me was the closest I've ever been to a real live vampire.
